This policy explains how AQ Marketing collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website. Our legal name is AQ Marketing, Inc.
Information you give us
When you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter. This includes your first and last name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, service interests, what you would like to discuss, and your message. We use this information to respond to your request, such as providing the free audit you asked for. The form asks you to agree to a one-time audit response at the email address and phone number you provide. Your information goes to our LeadConnector (HighLevel) CRM.
The homepage free-audit widget is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel). Information you enter there also goes to our CRM.
Our chat assistant collects the messages you type. If you choose to share them, it also collects your name, email address, phone number, address, business name, business type, services, service areas, website, marketing needs, budget range, timeline, and preferred contact time. We store your chat transcript and the details you provide, and send them to our LeadConnector (HighLevel) CRM. Anthropic processes your messages to generate the assistant's replies. We use the chat to answer questions, follow up, or book a call.
Information collected automatically
- Your IP address.
- Your browser and device type.
- The pages you visit and the time you spend on the site.
- The page that referred you to our site.
- Your approximate location derived from your IP address.
Our tools also use cookies and browser storage, including session and visitor identifiers, cookie preferences, chat settings, and campaign attribution information. Our visitor identification service tries to match your browser to identity data held by partner networks. LiveIntent links browsers to identifiers used for advertising.
How we use and share information
- We use contact and chat information to answer your questions, respond to requests, follow up, and book calls.
- We use analytics to understand how you find and use the website and to improve it. We use campaign information to credit form submissions to the right source.
- We use advertising tools to measure website visits and actions and support advertising reporting.
- We use hosting and security providers to operate the website and check whether form submissions come from people rather than automated bots.
- When you load Google Fonts or an embedded Google Map, your browser sends your IP address to Google. Google Maps may also set cookies.
The third parties that receive information include our CRM and audit-widget provider, AI chat provider, website host, form-security provider, analytics providers, advertising and identity-resolution networks, and providers of fonts and maps. The table below identifies these tools and describes their purposes and storage.
We do not sell your information. We do share information for targeted advertising, including through the advertising and identity tools described here.
