These terms cover the website itself. Our paid services are governed by separate agreements. The website is informational. It does not offer user accounts or user-generated content.

Results, reviews, and testimonials

The website includes reviews, testimonials, and example results. The figures on our homepage are real client results. Those examples do not guarantee your results. Our reviews are unpaid, and we do not offer review incentives on the website.

Nothing in these terms restricts or penalizes you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. These terms do not authorize threats, intimidation, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to stop you from writing a review or to make you remove it.

Referral links and third-party tools

The website includes referral links. We may earn a referral credit when you sign up through the referral links.

The homepage free-audit widget is provided by LeadConnector (HighLevel). Information you enter there goes to our customer relationship management system so we can respond to your request.

The chat assistant

Our website chat assistant uses Anthropic's AI service to generate replies to your messages. If you choose, you can share contact and project details for follow-up or to book a call. We store the chat transcript and send messages and any details you provide to our LeadConnector (HighLevel) customer relationship management system.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Massachusetts. The venue for disputes about these terms is state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

We post updates on this page with a new effective date.
